Hog Cut Sheet

Please fill out this sheet once you have arranged to have an animal processed

  • Slaughter fee-$100 each for Barrows and Gilts

    • $130 each for Sows and Boars

    • $200 each for skin-on hogs (scald and scrape)

  • Paper Wrap w/ Cellophane- $1.30/lb hanging weight (min $200/hog)

  • At this time we offer Ground Pork, Country Sausage, and Italian Sausage

  • At this time we do not offer curing and smoking of hams and bacons

  • Box Fee: $5/box all meat is boxed in approx. 40 lb boxes, hogs can take anywhere from 2-8 boxes. If you bring your own boxes, coolers, etc when you pickup, this fee will be waived
