Please fill out this sheet once you have arranged to have an animal processed
Slaughter fee-$100 each for Barrows and Gilts
$130 each for Sows and Boars
$200 each for skin-on hogs (scald and scrape)
Paper Wrap w/ Cellophane- $1.30/lb hanging weight (min $200/hog)
At this time we offer Ground Pork, Country Sausage, and Italian Sausage
At this time we do not offer curing and smoking of hams and bacons
Box Fee: $5/box all meat is boxed in approx. 40 lb boxes, hogs can take anywhere from 2-8 boxes. If you bring your own boxes, coolers, etc when you pickup, this fee will be waived
