Hogsback Custom Meats is owned and operated by Cameron Duhaime in Southwest Colorado. Raised in Durango, Cameron fostered his passion for food and farming in Bayfield. After 10 years of traveling and working in butcher shops, meat processing plants, and farms across the country, he returned to the Four Corners to offer the skills and services he honed. For 6 of those years, he operated a mobile slaughter truck in Sonoma County, CA where he gained a reputation with ranchers and homesteaders for his professionalism, lively conversation, and sharpshooting. Cleanliness, speed, and humane handling of livestock are tenants he strives for with every animal. 

We pride ourselves on taking a humane approach to the slaughter and processing of livestock.
