• We age beef for 10-21 days depending on cooler space and schedule

  • $180 for Bulls/Cows

• Beef Cut & Wrap Fees

  • Standard Cut (Mostly Bone-In Cuts) $1.30/LB‍ ‍

  • Customized Cut (Anything is Possible) $1.50-$1.70/LB

• Quartering Fee: $25 per Quarter

• Please bring containers or return your boxes! Your meat will be boxed in approx. 45 lb vented meat boxes, a whole beef typically requires 10-12 boxes. The boxes cost us a lot so it is always great to get them back so we can reuse them. Thank you!
